REQUIREMENTS :

  • A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Must have a good understanding of  Data capturing, Administration/clerk
    procedures relating to the working environment.
  • Good communication skill
  • Skills on how to do basic research/gather information.
  • Computer Literacy skill: (MS Suit).
  • Ability to handle a stressful environment.
  • Office Organizations Skills.
  • General filing including electronic filing skills.
  •  Ability to perform routine tasks.
  • Basic interpersonal relationship
  • Certificate or Diploma in Office Management and related qualification will be added advantage.

DUTIES :(Not limited to) – Capturing of daily data, To manage all
incoming and outgoing correspondence, Also arranging meetings and appointments, Minutes taking during meetings, Follow up on data reconciliation process and give feedback for corrections, Send out circulars and notices to employees using messenger services or electronically by way of computers, To perform administrative duties, Administer the departmental data related requests
